You will help to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate events designed to foster meaningful engagement with PICS’ audiences. You will also design and execute thoughtful engagement strategy towards key audiences, partners and networks. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an events and engagement capacity and a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field such as business, communications, marketing, performance or visual arts, hospitality management or public relations.

In this role, you'll manage and prioritize project initiatives, assist with the planning and execution of sponsorships and events, and support key processes through strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in event planning, project management, operations, or marketing; and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or qualifications based on experience.

You will be responsible for supporting the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, departmental events for our cross-functional teams, social gatherings, and other special experiences, ensuring they are engaging, impactful, and memorable. Approximately 1 to 3 years of hospitality, event management or planning experience required; knowledge of Asana and Cvent is an asset.

This position is responsible for managing and leading the planning and execution of concerts, concert promotions, ticketed VIP package experiences, non-baseball events, and speciality game-day events at Rogers Centre. Must have 3 – 5 years of progressive event experience, including 2+ years of managing relationships or events at a similar level and/or direct venue or promoter experience; post secondary degree or diploma in events, promotions or marketing preferred.

You will own a portfolio of events developing the strategy and execution of annual Regional Events that support the business objectives and goals as determined by Executive Leadership. Post-secondary diploma/degree with a specialization in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and 5-8 years of experience in Event Management required; CMP Designation (Certified Meeting Planner) highly valued.

You will design and execute an events strategy that strengthens Jane’s presence in the EMR and clinic management space, leading their presence at industry events like conferences and trade shows, as well as customer and field marketing events and a future in-person customer conference. Must have 8-10 years of experience in corporate and strategic event marketing, including 4+ years leading teams, and a proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events.

You will take charge of meticulously planning and executing marketing and sales related events, ensuring their seamless success from inception to completion. Must have at least 5 years of event management experience, or combination of marketing and event management; experience working in a B2B environment; and Excellent English communication skills, French (an asset).

You will play a key role in supporting the logistics and administration of the CIBC Run for the Cure and Relay For Life Youth events nationwide, including executing essential operational and administrative tasks, managing inventory and order tracking and overseeing the packing and shipping of event materials. Post-secondary education such as acquiring a college diploma, as well as specialized technical/professional training and/or certification, and 1+ year of practical experience required.

You will play a crucial part in the success of our various events by providing comprehensive logistical support, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless event execution from start to finish. This includes managing attendee registration, supporting onsite event logistics, and contributing to event documentation. Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role required.

The core of this position is to promote and sell Destination Toronto as a convention and meeting destination to Planners/C suite executives with a singular focus on groups that use a multi-hotel package, a convention facility and deliver 1500+ attendees. Minimum post-secondary education (College/University preferred) and 5 years related sales experience in the hospitality sector, dealing with multiple properties and experience working in convention sales.

This role is responsible for managing MetOcean’s online presence, developing engaging content and supporting industry events to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement, and coordinating the presence at global trade shows, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand representation. Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on marketing, communications or a related field and 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, event coordination or a similar role required.

This role will support the advancement team with event planning, management and execution. This includes key events such as the Opening Night Dinner, Board and Senate Dinner, the Legacy Award Gala, and various Playwrights’ Circle events during the theatre season. Post-secondary diploma program, typically a two year program, or equivalent (i.e. Community college, Technical Institute or Trade School, etc.) in event management and 2 to 4 years of related experience required.

You will be accountable for building and enhancing relationships with existing and new community fundraisers, providing the guidance and tools necessary to optimize their experience and supporting the overall success of community fundraisers and the Foundation team. Post-secondary diploma or degree with a specialization in fund development, event management, business administration, not-for-profit management, social innovation, or another relevant area and 3 years of experience required.

Responsibilities include outlining and managing event timelines and milestones, meeting with key event stakeholders to understand goals and objectives as well as budget, and submiting creative requests related to event needs and provide updates for creative teams to design, write or create needs. Must have at least 3 years’ experience with marketing campaigns in a corporate environment and event planning (client facing briefings and corporate events).

You will contribute to the continued success of Intertask Conferences, which primarily services national and international associations, and public sector departments and agencies, and be responsible for the client relations, management and implementation of assigned operational and logistical arrangements for conferences (in-person and virtual), trade shows and special events. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience; proficiency in French (oral and written) a strong asset.
