This role is responsible for the activation and execution of the Group Benefits (GB) sponsorship activities and events, including planning, coordination and follow-up with the various conference vendors and agencies, and play a role in overseeing the Group Benefits Sponsorship & Events calendar. The successful candidate will be pro-active, have excellent organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects with variety of people across the organization as well as clients and vendors.

You will be responsible for expansion, leadership and execution of portfolio of signature and third party events, with support from the fund development team, including establishing and leading senior volunteer committees with recruitment, sponsorship and solicitation. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management or a related field and min. 3-5 years' experience in event planning, fundraising and sponsorship required.

You will complete the coordination of comprehensive logistics for contracted clients including but not limited to: conference management, quote and contract preparation, liaising with clients and support services, planning/monitoring budgets and event promotion. Bachelors Degree or industry related Diploma and commensurate experience; 3-5 years' experience in an event or hospitality-focused environment; and 3 years of experience with planning and managing diverse events & conferences required.

Joining the Events & Experiential Marketing team, responsibilities in this role include: Assisting with the planning and execution of internal and market-facing meetings and events; assisting with the operations of the events as needed; and identifying opportunities for innovation, experimentation, continuous improvement. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in events and/or hospitality required. Bilingualism (French and English) will be considered an asset.

This role coordinates, manages and executes planning of in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings and events; works closely with all departments to plan a variety of meetings including program meetings, societal impact engagements, fundraising and public events. College diploma in a relevant field of study (Event Planning, Business Administration, or related discipline) required; 3-5 years meeting planning experience and CMP certification preferred; DES certification is an asset.

The essential function of this position is to assist with events and merchandise from conception through to completion. Responsibilities include: assisting in planning of trade, internal and local events; providing support in coordinating all corporate branded items for shows, events and internal requests; and provide onsite support at events. Degree/Diploma required, preferably in the fields of Events or Marketing and at least 5-7 years of experience as an event coordinator.

You will support the vision, planning and implementation of event enhancements, event servicing requirements and localized partnership opportunities for attracted business events. You will ensure event planners and organizers have the information and resources that they need to successfully achieve their goals and objectives. Completion of a post-secondary degree, diploma, certificate and/or equivalent years of experience in event management, marketing, tourism and/or hospitality field required.

Must have post-secondary education in a relevant program or equivalent experience; 1-2 years work experience in fundraising, sales, event coordination, marketing and/or not-for-profit.

You will ensure seamless event delivery, directing teams and vendors to ensure the completion of the event agenda and respond to last minute adjustments; responsible for event/meeting coordination for range of on-site meetings, town halls and receptions. Must have have 2+ years of customer service experience in hospitality environments, contributing to events and meeting operations.

Join our small, dynamic team as an Event and Content Producer, a pivotal role in producing event programs and content for the Institutional Connect portfolio. As the main liaison for content and speaker relations, you will assist with the full event cycle—from outreach and onboarding speakers to compiling and editing programs, managing logistics, and onsite delivery. You will leverage your forward-thinking mindset, problem-solving skills, creativity, and strong business acumen to achieve goals.

You will lead planning initiatives required for all events through stakeholder engagement and administering all program-related activities at the CTA. You will ensure that CTA’s events are planned, organized, dynamic, inclusive, and representative of the diversity that exists within the culinary cultural communities of Ontario. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within an event planning role, relevant marketing, sales, or customer service in tourism or hospitality sector required.
