Working closely with Ownership, you will support projects from the early planning stages through on-site execution and final reconciliation. You will also act as Lead Event Planner on projects designated by Ownership, taking responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of assigned events. A minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar event planning or coordination role required.

This role supports brand awareness and engagement through consistent event execution while also providing administrative, invoicing and logistics support to the Marketing Team. Must have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event management or a related field, and post-secondary education in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

You will assist with the planning and execution of Invest in Canada events and/or the organization’s participation in larger events across Canada or on an international scale. You will collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure the execution of events are in line with Invest in Canada’s overall event strategy. Undergraduate degree in Event Management, Marketing or related field and 3-5 years of technical experience in event management required.

You will help build and run MaintainX's field and events program, including regional events, user meetups, brand activations, and their flagship client-facing conference, with a mentor on the team to help you grow into owning bigger pieces of it. Must have 1–2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or a related in-person events role, ideally in B2B SaaS, and experience executing in-person events, anything from small dinners to regional gatherings.

You will lead the full life cycle of planning and executing in-person, hybrid and virtual events that strengthen member engagement, build community and enhance CPA Ontario's brand. Must have 5+ years experience in event and/or conference planning, including strategic design, attendee engagement and logistics, and a degree or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or a related field. CMP designation preferred or in progress.

This role will assist with the coordination of over 200 events, site visits and meetings each year. The candidate must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. Experience or post-secondary education in event planning is an asset; fluency in French, both written and verbal, is considered a strong asset.

You'll support planning and delivery of internal and external events, media and stakeholder engagements, community activities and corporate events, working closely with communications, public relations, marketing and business partners across WestJet. Post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field preferred; 2+ years' experience coordinating events, meetings, conferences, corporate functions or related activities required.

The Sales Manager is a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, solicits and generates business. A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience, and completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred.

You will build programs that put Tigera in the right conversations with the right buyers. You will decide where they show up, create reasons for prospects and partners to engage with Tigera and turn event interactions into qualified meetings and pipeline. Must have 2+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, demand generation, or a related role, with hands-on ownership of programs, and booth and collateral messaging.

This role supports the planning, coordination and delivery of in-person and synchronous virtual events under the direction of the Lead, Event Services and with guidance from Senior Event Coordinators. Minimum 2-year diploma or certificate program from a College or CÉGEP and 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in event planning and meeting coordination both onsite and virtual required. Bilingual in English and French a strong asset.

You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and execution of CADSI’s international engagement portfolio, delivering world-class experiences that showcase Canada’s defence, security and cyber industries on the global stage. Post-secondary education International Business, International Relations or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and min. 3 years of progressive experience in relevant large-scale event, trade show or program management required.

Upstream AV is looking for an experienced Production Lead to help plan and deliver live events across Canada. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong AV and event-production experience who is comfortable leading crews, coordinating technical delivery, working directly with clients, and making sure events run smoothly from planning through show day. Ottawa-based preferred; candidates in other major Canadian cities also welcome.

Upstream AV is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable keeping the many moving pieces of event production on track. They’ll work closely with our production team, clients, venues, suppliers, and crews to help ensure everyone has the information and support they need. Ottawa-based preferred; candidates in other major Canadian cities also welcome.

You will work directly with corporate clients, hotels, airlines, destination management companies, transportation companies, restaurants, activity providers, and other suppliers to plan and execute exceptional incentive travel programs and corporate events. Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of professional travel planning experience, and experience planning group travel, corporate travel, meetings, incentives or events required. Must hold TICO certification and a valid passport.
