This role plans and delivers client-facing and internal events, including seminars, receptions, conferences, sponsorships and webinars. The role supports business development goals and client relationships and manages event logistics from planning through reporting. University degree/college diploma in marketing, event management, business administration or communications and min. 3 years of corporate event planning experience in a large organization required.

You will define, lead and deliver Seequent’s global approach to events, sponsorships and partnerships, elevating audience experiences, strengthening market presence and supporting Seequent’s positioning as a category leader. Must have 7+ years of experience leading global events, sponsorships, partnerships or related strategic initiatives with a proven track record of delivering high-impact outcomes, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

This role will oversee attendee registration and customer support for some of Western Canada's premier conferences and events. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, effective registration management, and successful event delivery from registration launch through to on-site execution. Must have 2+ years of event coordination, conference administration, registration management, or related experience, along with strong customer service skills.

This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of global congresses, trade shows, clinical advisory boards and physician education programs. You will partner closely with Sales, Clinical and Commercial Leadership to execute programs that support clinical adoption and brand presence. Must bring 5-8 years global event management experience, medical device industry preferred and flawless execution of global congresses and physician programs.

You will play a key role in growing conference business for Whistler throughout your sales territory (Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canada, excluding the Ottawa and Montreal markets), generating room nights for the resort while expanding and strengthening Tourism Whistler's client base. Minimum of three years' experience in a hotel, destination marketing organization (DMO), or related sales management role, and proven success developing new business and achieving sales targets required.

Working closely with the Event Services Manager and the entire events team, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the department while helping plan and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, conventions, trade shows, weddings and social celebrations. From first inquiry to the final details of an event, you'll ensure each experience is thoughtfully organized and seamlessly delivered. Event planning, food and beverage or catering experience considered an asset.

You will serve as the primary owner and client liaison across your assigned portfolio of events, managing sponsor relationships and coordinating event logistics from concept through execution. This role requires the ability to manage multiple event types simultaneously, including large-scale summits, custom (single sponsor) client events and virtual programs. Must have 5+ years of experience in event management, client/partner relations, or B2B sponsorship delivery.

You will lead the strategic planning, execution and reconciliation of internal and external events, dealer-sponsored conferences and virtual webinars, including sourcing, contracting, budgeting, marketing, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site delivery. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate meeting planning / event management disciplines including project management, preferably in the financial industry required.

You will lead Varicent's corporate event strategy, execution and team management, and own and manage the events program across company-hosted events, including in-person and virtual events, third-party conferences, trade shows and regional events. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and 6+ years of experience in events, field, experiential, integrated or B2B marketing required.

You will be responsible for managing BOMA’s member database and coordinating efforts pertaining to membership growth and retention, and planning and delivering BOMA’s membership events, including monthly luncheons, educational seminars, The Building Conference and various special events. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing or business administration, and will be required to work independently to meet various deadlines.

You will own Spellbook's events strategy end-to-end—flagship conferences, executive experiences and everything that supports pipeline and revenue along the way. You'll shape what these experiences look and feel like, working closely with creative and production partners to bring your vision to life, while making sure every program ties back to a clear business outcome. Must have 7+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing or experiential marketing.

This role prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases. High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the event management or related professional area; or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

You will play a key role in supporting Jumpstart’s high-impact events, fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship activities. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail oriented professional who excels at event coordination, relationship building and delivering thoughtful engagement experiences. Must have 2–4 years' experience in events, fundraising, community engagement or related fields and demonstrated experience supporting large scale events or fundraising initiatives.

From coordinating conference logistics and managing event registrations to supporting virtual awareness sessions, you'll play a role in ensuring events run smoothly from planning through evaluation. Must have diploma or certificate in event management, communications, business administration, marketing, hospitality, project management or related; 1-3 years' experience coordinating events, projects or administrative activities; and experience coordinating conferences, workshops or educational.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of Info-Tech's global event sponsorship business, from acquiring new sponsors and growing existing relationships to shaping the packages, experiences, and go-to-market strategy that make Info-Tech events unmissable for B2B technology vendors. Bachelor’s degree in any field and 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets, ideally in events, sponsorship, media or related industries required.
