You will lead the planning and execution of high-profile events within our Deloitte's Toronto office while providing event planning support across their national portfolio. Must have 5-7+ years of progressive event management experience, preferably within a professional services, corporate, agency, hospitality, or large-scale event environment. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position.

You will work directly with corporate clients, hotels, airlines, destination management companies, transportation companies, restaurants, activity providers, and other suppliers to plan and execute exceptional incentive travel programs and corporate events. Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of professional travel planning experience, and experience planning group travel, corporate travel, meetings, incentives or events required. Must hold TICO certification and a valid passport.

You will lead the end-to-end management of trade shows, webinars and flagship events—ensuring every detail aligns with Bulletproof's demand generation objectives and delivers measurable outcomes. Beyond events, you’ll play a critical role in campaign execution, driving integrated marketing initiatives and supporting account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and proven experience planning and executing in-person events required.

You will deliver the airport’s engagement in key community, government and business events through sponsorships, in-kind support and participation to strengthen relationships, advance corporate goals and deliver high-visibility events. You will also support YEG as an event planner for key corporate events. Post-secondary education marketing, communications, event planning or equivalent and 3–7 years’ experience in leading sponsorships or events required.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will collaborate across teams and with external partners to design, coordinate and evaluate internal events that energize our workplace and foster meaningful connections. Post secondary education and min. 2 years’ experience in successful event management, communications, public relations, fundraising and/or project coordination in a virtual and in-person environment.

This role combines event coordination and overall program support representing Toronto Animal Services at all events and activities that connect residents with its programs and services. Post-secondary education in Event Management or Community Development or a related discipline, or a combination of education and experience, and experience coordinating events, outreach activities or community-based initiatives, including logistics, scheduling, stakeholder coordination and on-site event support.

You will turn Edmonton Oil Kings gamedays from a plan into a live event at Rogers Place, and you'll also play an important role in supporting the planning and execution of events across other OEG portfolios, including Oilers Events, Live Entertainment, Corporate Events and internal events. Min. 2 years' experience in the events industry required; Event Management Certificate, Diploma or Degree/Diploma in event management is considered an asset.

This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of meetings, conventions, and special events while delivering an exceptional client and guest experience. College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience, with preference given to Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or a related field, and minimum 3 years of experience in conference services, event planning, hospitality, or a related customer-focused environment required.

You will be responsible for the project life cycle of event programming for annual fundraisers and friend-raisers, including major one-off events as they arise. At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning or coordinating professional B2B events: conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings or association events required.

You will oversee the full slate of events—from marquee pitch competitions and conferences to workshops, partner events and internal gatherings. You’ll set the strategy for what events Innovation Factory runs and why, and lead the team that brings them to life. Degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, business or a related field and 4+ years of event management experience, including running multi-day or high-profile events end-to-end required.

You'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences. From the first client inquiry to the successful execution of an event, you'll combine your passion for hospitality, sales expertise, and attention to detail to build meaningful relationships, secure new business and bring unforgettable events to life. Must have 3-5 years of special event, hospitality or travel and tourism related experience, background in sales is preferred.

This role leads the planning and delivery of event enhancements, servicing initiatives, marketing activations and partnership opportunities for major business events. Post-secondary education in project management, event management, hospitality, marketing or a related discipline, and 3-5 years of related experience in event execution, project management, marketing, tourism, sales, Indigenous relations or a related field required.

This position provides administrative and coordination support to assist with the successful delivery of business event programs and activities, including organizing schedules, maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating communications, processing invoices and supporting day-to-day event logistics. Must have post-secondary certificate or diploma in tourism, business, marketing or a related field, and 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
