Experience in hospitality, tourism, or food & beverage industries, and proven background in event planning, group bookings, contracting and execution required.

You will manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned conventions, trade/consumer shows and events, including planning, on-site execution and post event follow up. The successful candidate is a client focused, team-oriented event visionary, with a commitment to planning successful events. Minimum 5-8 years progressive experience in event management at a convention facility, hotel or similar setting required; CMP, CEM or other industry designation preferred.

You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all OACP events and programs. This role is central to delivering exceptional member and stakeholder experiences across conferences, committee meetings, seminars, workshops, and special events. Post-secondary education in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, and minimum 3–5 years of event management experience, ideally within an association or membership environment required.

You will manage comprehensive campaigns intended to boost registration numbers, enhance conference revenue and deepen community involvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, editorial, and production, you will implement analytical strategies that ensure high turnout and provide value to our event sponsors. Must have 3–5 years of dedicated B2B event marketing or conference promotion experience.

You will oversee the planning, execution and continuous improvement of EMC's robust portfolio of national and regional events. You will serve as a key member of the event operations team, supporting virtual, hybrid, and select in-person events across Canada. Must have 3–5 years of dedicated event management experience, with a proven track record handling both regional and large-scale national events (non-profit, member association, or corporate B2B experience is highly preferred).

As an Association Manager, you'll wear many hats: advising volunteer leaders one day, developing member communications the next, solving a technology challenge, supporting governance, reviewing financial reports, or helping bring a new strategic initiative to life. Must have 3–7 years of direct experience in association management, nonprofit management, or a comparable membership-based organization. A CAE designation, or active pursuit of one, is an asset but not required.

KORQ Events Inc. is looking for an experienced salesperson to sell exhibit space, sponsorships and marketing opportunities for the West Coast Women’s Show and West Coast Family Show. The representative will work with returning exhibitors, inbound enquiries and new prospects across a wide range of consumer categories. At least three years of successful sales experience and a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets required.

This a unique role focused on developing memorable fan experiences with the Ottawa Senators and guests of Canadian Tire Centre. Responsibilities include planning, supporting and executing events, marketing programs and fan communication. Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field and minimum of 1 year of experience in community relations, public relations, or event management required. Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset.

You will define, lead and deliver Seequent’s global approach to events, sponsorships and partnerships, elevating audience experiences, strengthening market presence and supporting Seequent’s positioning as a category leader. Must have 7+ years of experience leading global events, sponsorships, partnerships or related strategic initiatives with a proven track record of delivering high-impact outcomes, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

This role plans and delivers client-facing and internal events, including seminars, receptions, conferences, sponsorships and webinars. The role supports business development goals and client relationships and manages event logistics from planning through reporting. University degree/college diploma in marketing, event management, business administration or communications and min. 3 years of corporate event planning experience in a large organization required.

Working closely with the Event Services Manager and the entire events team, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the department while helping plan and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, conventions, trade shows, weddings and social celebrations. From first inquiry to the final details of an event, you'll ensure each experience is thoughtfully organized and seamlessly delivered. Event planning, food and beverage or catering experience considered an asset.

You will play a key role in growing conference business for Whistler throughout your sales territory (Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canada, excluding the Ottawa and Montreal markets), generating room nights for the resort while expanding and strengthening Tourism Whistler's client base. Minimum of three years' experience in a hotel, destination marketing organization (DMO), or related sales management role, and proven success developing new business and achieving sales targets required.

This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of global congresses, trade shows, clinical advisory boards and physician education programs. You will partner closely with Sales, Clinical and Commercial Leadership to execute programs that support clinical adoption and brand presence. Must bring 5-8 years global event management experience, medical device industry preferred and flawless execution of global congresses and physician programs.

This role will oversee attendee registration and customer support for some of Western Canada's premier conferences and events. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, effective registration management, and successful event delivery from registration launch through to on-site execution. Must have 2+ years of event coordination, conference administration, registration management, or related experience, along with strong customer service skills.

You will serve as the primary owner and client liaison across your assigned portfolio of events, managing sponsor relationships and coordinating event logistics from concept through execution. This role requires the ability to manage multiple event types simultaneously, including large-scale summits, custom (single sponsor) client events and virtual programs. Must have 5+ years of experience in event management, client/partner relations, or B2B sponsorship delivery.

You will lead Varicent's corporate event strategy, execution and team management, and own and manage the events program across company-hosted events, including in-person and virtual events, third-party conferences, trade shows and regional events. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and 6+ years of experience in events, field, experiential, integrated or B2B marketing required.
