You will play a key role in supporting Jumpstart’s high-impact events, fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship activities. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail oriented professional who excels at event coordination, relationship building and delivering thoughtful engagement experiences. Must have 2–4 years' experience in events, fundraising, community engagement or related fields and demonstrated experience supporting large scale events or fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities in this role include: planning and execute various events across North America, including roundtables, webinars, industry events and partner events, and developing event plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with the North American marketing plan and company objectives. Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in B2B marketing and event marketing, and possess strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of Info-Tech's global event sponsorship business, from acquiring new sponsors and growing existing relationships to shaping the packages, experiences, and go-to-market strategy that make Info-Tech events unmissable for B2B technology vendors. Bachelor’s degree in any field and 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets, ideally in events, sponsorship, media or related industries required.

This position provides event planning and delivery activities on behalf of the CACP to support conferences, events and special projects. You will support the delivery of approximately 7-10 conferences per year, along with several committee meetings and a number of training programs to a high profile community of police leaders. Certificate in Event Management or an equivalent combination of education/experience and min. 2 years' experience in event coordination and administration required.

This role is responsible for developing, leading and executing the event day participant/guest experience and logistics strategy for SickKids Signature Events. You will ensure the delivery of compelling event experiences which drive revenue and culminate in donor loyalty and stakeholder satisfaction, while controlling costs and managing the project from start to finish. Must have 5-7 years of experience in executing large scale multifaced events.

This role is accountable for the cultivation and implementation of fund development plans related to signature, partnership and engagement events. Must have a post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience, with an education focus on event management and/or fundraising and current CRFE designation being advantageous; minimum 5-7 years’ experience in fundraising with an emphasis on large-scale participant based event organization, with revenue targets exceeding $1 million.

This role is responsible for managing group bookings and coordinating events to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with guests and internal teams, the role oversees event planning and execution, maintains accurate booking records, supports operational requirements and identifies opportunities to enhance revenue through tailored experiences and upselling. Must have 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, group sales, hotel operations, or a related field.

This position oversees the strategic planning, execution and growth of Newcom Media’s events portfolio. You will lead a team of ten and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations and shared services teams to deliver high-quality, commercially successful events. Must have 10+years of progressive experience within the events industry, and proven experience managing trade shows, conferences or large-scale events.

You will oversee the planning, execution and refinement of events across the property, ensuring each one is operationally flawless, visually intentional and emotionally meaningful. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on presence, guiding teams, shaping flow and ensuring that every moment unfolds with clarity and control. Proven experience in events, banquets, or large-scale hospitality leadership required.

This role is responsible for planning and executing events, as well as developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures that enhance service quality. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive hotel event management experience, including leadership and team development responsibilities required. Hospitality Management Degree or Business Degree, and CMP designation or certificate with other post-secondary degree/diploma an asset.

This position plans, manages and promotes events that engage alumni, raise awareness in the community, foster ties between strategic partners and the academic community, and support recruitment, fundraising and research activities. College diploma in marketing, event management, fundraising or communications, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, and minimum five years’ experience in a similar role required.

You will lead the Operations team that turns signed contracts into flawlessly executed events. You own the system: capacity, quality, vendor performance, and margin discipline across every program we deliver. Must have 5+ years in operations at a corporate event agency, experiential agency, production house or DMC, and 2+ years directly leading and developing a team. CMP, PMP, or CSEP designation (held or in progress) is an asset.

This position supports and contributes to the team’s research and lead generation function in support of business development objectives. You will be a liaison between external stakeholders, including event planners, industry partners, local champions and meetings and BE & ME sales managers. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications or other related program and 3 years of relevant experience required. Bilingualism in French/English an asset.
