Debbie began her career 13 years ago with Meetings & Incentive Travel™ magazine as Production and Event Manager of the Canadian Meetings & Incentive Travel Symposium and Tradeshow (CMITS, now Incentiveworks™), and the Executive Travel & Corporate Meeting Planners Tradeshow. Most recently, Debbie spent four years as account manager with Marketing™ magazine - the foremost business publication for the advertising and promotional market. It was here Debbie realized the enormous synergies among meetings, events, corporate travel, incentive programs, corporate gift and reward merchandise.

An admitted industry junkie, Sherryll comes to Ignite with nine years of experience writing about the issues that affect planners and corporate travel managers. She first got hooked covering the wonderful world of meetings and events with Meetings & Incentive Travel™ back in 2003. Five years later, when Ignite published its premiere issue, her name was proudly displayed on the masthead as one of our lead contributors. Sherryll is an award-winning writer, photographer and a social media enthusiast.

A vivacious and creative sales leader, Vicki was National Director of Group Sales for Atlific Hotels and Resorts, Corporate Sales Manager at the Delta Chelsea and Area Sales Manager at Discover the World Marketing. A member of MPI's Toronto Chapter, she's held several Board positions and won numerous awards for her commitment to the association and the industry. Staying on top of the latest trends and standards, this Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) always keeps a finger on the pulse of the industry.

Richard spent 20 years as publisher/group publisher of Meetings & Incentive Travel™ (M&IT) magazine and Marketing™ magazine. He established M&IT's online business in the early 1990's, initiated the purchase of the Conventions & Meetings Canada (CMC) directory and The Executive Travel & Corporate Meeting Planners Trade Shows. He was also the founder and General Manager of the Canadian Meetings & Incentive Travel Symposium and Tradeshow (CMITS, now Incentiveworks™). He was also founder of Corporate Travel Management magazine and received MPI Toronto Chapter's President's Award.

After her formal schooling, Jennifer gained experience as promotion manager for a luxury car dealer followed by a successful account management position on Marketing™ magazine where she also developed a passion for the meeting and incentive business while promoting exhibit sales in the IncentiveWorks™ show. Jennifer joined the team at the onset when she saw Ignite's vision and commitment to customer service excellence.

With seven years of experience working in the publishing industry as an editor for CCH Canadian Ltd., Rose ventured away from her office position in 2007 to begin a freelance career from her home in Oakville, Ont. She has since worked on numerous publications, writing and editing for a variety of print and online media.
