Marriott’s Bonvoy Launches

Marriott’s Bonvoy reward program is now officially launched effectively merging three programs from the Ritz Carlton, Starwood Preferred Guest and Marriott Rewards into one. The tagline, “Rewards Reimagined” highlights the possibility of the joy of good travel made possible through their portfolio of hotels, culture and member benefits.

The reward program has enlisted some high-profile help including the Manchester United soccer team, Formula One Racing and the Universal Music group to promote the brand.

Marketing partnerships with cultural events including the Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival, NCAA Final Four, Hong Kong Sevens, Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival presented by Mastercard, Mutua Madrid Open, World Golf Championships—Mexico Championship, in addition to fan experiences with sports teams including FC Bayern Munich and the Toronto Maple Leafs.  

The program offers 120,000 destination tours and adventures on Marriott Bonvoy Moments. When members book direct on the website, they receive perks including free and enhanced Wi-Fi and exclusive member-only rates, and on the Marriott app they enjoy mobile check-in and checkout, mobile requests and, wherever available, mobile key.
